Information Gathering

• Actual work assignments and how they affect our advancement
  • Example: College senate president had to resign because he couldn't have release time.
• Position descriptions for all current librarian positions PLUS documentation of supplemental assignments
• Evaluation forms for librarians
• BoT criteria in evaluations? at what levels?
• completed evaluation documents for librarians with differing types of positions within your library?
• Schedules for library bibliographic instruction or literacy instruction sessions, guest lectures by librarians in for-credit courses, etc?
• Accommodations for fulfillment the following types of requirements: reading, scholarship, research, service?
